Lavorare con noi - International Graduate Programme
Engineering or Business/ Industrial Engineering
The Linde Group is offering a European wide, international Graduate Programme. This programme marks the start of your professional career, offering you the opportunity to qualify for a management or specialist career at The Linde Group.
The programme:
The 18 months programme is composed of three rotational assignments within Europe. You will start your first 6 months assignment in your home country, and from there you will move on to two further assignments abroad at two Linde subsidiaries (mainly within Europe). We are aiming to give you a broad insight into our business, which means that you will be working in different disciplines also.
In any of your assignments you will primarily be working on tailored project assignments, however you will also be in touch with our operational daily business to gain a solid understanding of the nature of our business.
By the end of the programme, you will have gained a profound understanding of the Linde business, wide project management experience and international experience abroad. This will complete your personal and professional skill set for a promising future career at The Linde Group.
Trainings and development:
Throughout the programme, you will receive tailored training both business and key skill related.
You will also be supported by a designated personal mentor during the entire programme. Your mentor, usually a senior business manager, will support you with personal advice, knowledge transfer and skill acquisition, and will be helping you to understand the Linde culture. Your mentor will support you in building and broadening your network in our company, and will be available for feedback and coaching sessions.
Besides an induction workshop at the beginning of the programme there will be workshops held twice a year for you and your peers to do networking, exchange experiences, receive training, and visit a Linde customer or site.
Some further cornerstones of the programme:
